As the Marketing Specialist at Brivity, I played a pivotal role in crafting and executing content marketing strategies geared toward increasing the brand's visibility, engagement, and campaign conversion rate. Drawing on insights from market research and consumer behavior, I developed targeted campaigns that positioned Brivity as the leading real estate CRM and software solution for real estate teams. My primary focus involved ideating and implementing multi-channel campaigns across email, social media, video, and events.
During my first month in the role, following adjustments to rebranding guidelines and messaging, our team embarked on the relaunch of the dormant Instagram account. Taking charge of this initiative, I guided the overhaul of our social media calendar. The goal was to inject more personality, incorporate reels, ensure consistent posting, actively engage with our audience through commenting and resharing on our Instagram Story and share regular updates about our team and products. This effort aimed to build our brand identity and create an interactive online presence that resonated with our audience.
The Work
Partnered with the design team to craft visually compelling graphics using Canva, ensuring alignment with established brand guidelines.
Developed UTM parameters and generated reports to track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
